There was no dustbin in the room,tap was broken ,no soap,cheap useless quilt, food was tasteless Gobi was floating somewhere and oil somewhere else...overall I wasted my money I won't suggest anyone to go there...the only good thing is the location as you can go out to eat after tasting their tasteless food

Worst hotel ever that I stayed in . No value for money. Rude people or says managers with attitude at reception in the morning. Luxury room Rs.2000+ fare after discount they gave us and it 1/10. Dirty Tea kettle..no tea bags .. dirty cups . No dustbin in room or washroom. Broken switches with a risk of getting shocks. No towels. Washroom exhaust fan not functioning properly. Congested rooms There are much much better hotels around . We need to call again and again for everything. Just 1 out 5 for the club sandwich which was good.

This small boutique Hotel in Pathankot is just perfect for any business traveller. I would say it is one of the best that Pathankot has to offer. However, the Premier rooms are a bit cramped and only good for single occupancy. If you intend to use the room in double occupancy better opt for the bigger room. Service wise and food wise it is equally good as some of the other better-known names situated on Dhangu Road. On the front of bathroom amenities, I find that it lacks a bit in that area. But since I carry everything, I need this aspect didn’t pinch me much. All in all a good place to stay when in Pathankot.

My Life; My Feet; My Way; An official visit took me to this place which I actualy regret now. The check in was OK except that the room keys were not working and they never worked throughout the stay. The rooms are below average but the worst part about the place is the poor attitude of the front desk and the very very poor food quality. It's tasteless and I had an upset stomach by the end of the stay. A must avoid at all costs.

Good location. Close to the railway station. Rooms are smal but clean and well-maintained. However the housekeeping staff had to be reminded several, several times even for the basic mandatory towel, toiletries and other supplies and the bell boys don't bother to help with heavy bags. Parking space for 4-5 cars was available in the front and side of the hotel.
